Ferber method sleep training, simplified.
Timed check-ins, lock screen countdowns, partner sync, and Apple Watch companion. Everything you need at 2am, nothing you don't.
Built for two
Share the session with your partner over iCloud. Both phones show the same timer, the same check-in count, the same progress. Take turns without waking each other to ask "how many checks was that?"
Guided timing
The Ferber method uses timed intervals that gradually increase. The app handles all the timing — you just follow the instructions. A live countdown runs on your lock screen and Dynamic Island so you never need to open the app.
Apple Watch
The companion watch app shows the timer, current phase, and action buttons right on your wrist. Check in, mark the baby as asleep, or end the session without reaching for your phone.
Progress tracking
See how long each night took and how many check-ins were needed. Most families see meaningful progress within the first week — the data helps you stick with it when the 3am doubt kicks in.
How the Ferber method works
Place your baby in the cot while they're drowsy but still awake. Leave the room.
Start the timer. On night 1, the first wait is 3 minutes. The app counts down for you.
Go in, reassure briefly (1-2 minutes), then leave again. Don't pick the baby up.
Each check-in, the interval gets longer. The app tracks where you are and what's next.
Each night starts with longer intervals. By night 5-7, most babies are falling asleep independently.
